Meet The Team Behind The Technology

Tim McCarthy, Owner
Tim McCarthy, Owner of Kinsley Inc., has over three decades of expertise in pharmaceutical and process operations, equipment and facility engineering, project management, and materials management.   After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in 1974, Tim went on to earn an MBA from Rutgers University and served for thirty years in the United States Army Reserve, retiring as Colonel.

Brandon Concannon, National Accounts Manager
Having worked in various backgrounds of timing screw manufacturing and custom applications, Brandon maintains an intricate knowledge over all aspects of the timing screw industry, with particular expertise in applying timing screw technology to custom applications.  Brandon excels in conceptualizing unique container handling solutions to help customers achieve top performance in container handling.

Dan Froehlich, Plant Manager
Dan Froehlich has served as Plant Manager of Kinsley, Inc. for nearly thirty years.  An expert in machine shop activities and equipment design and engineering, Dan is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of timing screws, change parts, and product handling equipment at Kinsley.  He also oversees shop and production maintenance.  When he is not hard at work as Plant Manager, Dan is responsible for equipment maintenance while serving as Chief of the Point Pleasant Volunteer Fire Company and spending time on his family farm.

David Hansen, Engineering Manager
David Hansen is an expert in the design, development and manufacturing of a wide variety of container handling applications.  He has a diverse educational background in automated parts handling, engineering technology and mathematics.  David is highly proficient in applying his advanced mechanical design and engineering knowledge to meet customer specifications for line efficiencies.
